Delivery Across Serbia
We currently deliver to all cities and towns across Serbia. Orders are processed within [1–2 business days] and delivered within [2–4 business days], depending on your location.
Shipping Rates
Delivery Method
Orders are shipped via [courier name, e.g. D Express / Post Express / BEX]. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after [2:00 PM] or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Payment on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order arrives at your door. Card and bank transfer payment options are also available at checkout.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or if you notice any damage upon delivery, please contact us at [email / phone / WhatsApp] and we'll sort it out right away.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At the moment, we only deliver within Serbia. We're working on expanding to more countries soon — stay tuned!
